Whether you are looking for mindful movement, pilates, yoga, massage therapy, psychotherapy, or to provide a class or massage therapy treatment for your family, friends, or colleagues at a corporate event or retreat, Courtney is happy to meet you where you are at with mobile services available.

Insurance receipts are provided for registered massage therapy and psychotherapy services.

*With respect to licensure regulations, Courtney does not provide registered massage therapy services to the same person/s as registered psychotherapy and vice versa.
